盐酸坦索罗辛联合酒石酸托特罗定治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆痛综合征60例OA
Effects of tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with tolterodine tartrate for treating 60 patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome
目的：探讨盐酸坦索罗辛联合酒石酸托特罗定（托特罗定L鄄酒石酸盐）治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆痛综合征（CP/CPPS）的临床效果。方法将2010年9月至2011年9月收治的60例CP/CPPS患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组患者给予盐酸坦索罗辛（2 mg、每晚1次）联合酒石酸托特罗定（4 mg、每天1次）治疗，对照组患者给予盐酸坦索罗辛（2 mg、每晚1次）联合安慰剂（1粒、每天1次）治疗，3、6个月后观察慢性前列腺炎症状指数评分（CPS…查看全部>>
