认知护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者临床疗效的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and influence of cognitive nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia at recovery phase. Methods A total of 100 patients from January to December of 2013 were randomized into the study group and the control group ,50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs and nursing,while the study group was added with cognitive nursing intervention. Homemade drugs cognition and medication attitude evaluation sheet as well as brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS) were adopted to assess the pros and cons of patients′medication compliance and recovery of the disease before intervention and on 8th weekend of the intervention. Results After 8-week inter-vention,the medication attitude and medication adherence of the patients in the study group were improved obviously ,and the dif ferences had statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.01). Each score of BPRS of patients in the study group decreased apparently and significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Cognitive nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia at recovery phase is conducive to improve clinical efficacy and medication adherence the patients and prevent recurrence.关键词
