Abstract
Objective To improve the satisfactory of analgesic effect of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) after operation by postoperative health education. Methods A hundred patients with fracture of lower limb ,who were employed PCIA after general anesthesia intubation from February to October 2013 ,were selected and randomized into two groups:the con-trol group(n=50) was only with the application introduction of PCIA by anesthetists on routine preoperative visit ,and the observa-tion group(n=50),except the routine preoperative education from anesthetists,were with application propaganda of PCIA from nurse anesthetist after operation. Self-designed questionnaires were used to collect the clinical data including usage condition of PCIA and analgesia satisfaction 48 h after interviewing method when pulling the PCIA. Results The usage condition of PCIA,anal-gesic effect and satisfactory degree in the observation group were all better than those in the control group ,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion By reeducation after operation,the usage condition of PCIA after operation,anal-gesic effect and satisfactory are all improved.关键词
