摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on prevention of ventilator associated pneu-monia. Methods A total of 144 patients with mechanical ventilation were divided into intervention group and control group ,72 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing ,while the intervention group received improved nursing based on the control group. To compare the mechanical ventilation time ,the incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia and treatment results of the two groups. Results The average mechanical ventilation time was 22.1 days in the intervention group and 36.2 days in the control group;ventilator associated pneumonia occurred in 8 cases in the intervention group accounting for 11.1%and 18 cases in the control group accounting for 25.0%;the differences of mechanical ventilator associated pneumonia and incidence rate between the two groups both had statistical significance(P<0.05). 1 h after treatment and removal of mechanical ventilation,the intervention group was obviously better than the control group on arterial blood gas analysis ,respiration and heart rate with statisti-cally significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion During treatment of mechanical ventilation,application of improved nursing intervention can shorten mechanical ventilation time ,reduce the incidence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia ,improve the treatment result,and it has significant clinical implications.关键词
