帕罗西汀治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁症患者的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of paroxetine in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) complicated with depression. Methods A total of 52 patients with CHF complicated with depression,who were hospital-ized in the department from January 2010 to June 2012 ,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,26 cases in each group. All the patients received conventional treatment for heart failure ,and the treatment group was added with paroxetine for anti-depression,12 weeks were regarded as a period. To determine the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),the quality of life (QOL) and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores before and after treatment,and to calculate the effective rate of antide-pressive therapy. Results The LVEF in the treatment group improved more obviously than that in the control group (P<0.05);the QOL score and HAMD score in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of antidepressive therapy was 69.2%(18/26) in the treatment group and 38.5%(10/26) in the control group,and the difference between the two groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Paroxetine can improve de-pressive symptom of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with depression,increase cardiac function and enhance QOL, so it is worthy popularizing clinically.关键词
