南充市龙门地区高血压患病情况及危险因素调查
Investigation on the risk factors and prevalence of hypertension in Longmen town of Nanchong city

Abstract
Objective To understand the prevalence,risk factors of hypertension in Longmen town and the awareness of the local residents,treatment rate and control rate,and strengthen the advocation of basic knowledge of hypertension, so as to pro-vide scientific basis for preventing hypertension for the local residents. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used for investigation,1 600 objects of study were selected randomly from Longmen town and the 6 surrounding villages (Zhilubei vil-lage, Zhongba village,Shipan village and so on)in 2013. The same protocol and questionnaire were used for epidemiological in-vestigation and propagandizing the basic knowledge of hypertension. The results were analyzed by statistical method. Results The prevalence rate in Longmem town was 22.67%(321/1 376),and according to the data of China′s sixth nationwide census in 2010, the standardized prevalence rate was 22.37%;the prevalence rate of the male(25.43%) was higher than that of the female (20.65%),and it showed an upward trend with the increase of age,in addition,the prevalence rate in town was higher than that in village. The awareness rate treatment rate and control rate of hypertension in town were 36.86%(115/312),28.85%(90/312) and 7.05%(22/312) respectively,which were obviously higher than that in the village. Conclusion Although the prevalence rate of hypertension in Longmen town is lower than the national average ,it also makes serious effect on the life quality of local residents , furthermore,it is a potential risk of cardiovascular disease,so it is necessary to take comprehensive prevention and control mea-sures for hypertension.关键词
