金黄膏外敷预防静脉滴注甘露醇所致静脉炎的疗效及护理观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect and nursing of external application with golden ointment in prevention of phlebitis caused by intravenous drip of mannitol. Methods A total of 60 patients with intravenous drip of mannitol were ran-domly divided into the external application group(abbreviated as the external group) and the routine care group(abbreviated as the regular group),30 of each group. The patients in the external group applicated externally along the vein above vascular punc-ture point with golden ointment as well as intensive care,while those in the routine group with routine intravenous drip by trocar as well as ordinary care. The two groups were given 20%mannitol with the same dose and infusion rate. It was observed the phlebitis occurred during the hospitalization. Results The occurrence rate of phlebitis in the external group[13.3%(4/30)] was distinctly lower than that of the routine group[93.3%(28/30)],at the same time,the indwelling time of trocar[(4.67±1.32)d] was longer than that of the routine group[(1.40±0.92)d],whose differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion External appli-cation with golden ointment may prevent and reduce the occurrence of phlebitis caused by intravenous drip of mannitol ,and can prolong the indwelling timr,which is better matched with intensive care.关键词
