Abstract
Oobjective To explore the clinic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing on stroke patients with swallowing function recovery,and then provide research basis on clinic. Methods Total 120 stroke patients with dysphagia in this hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group,60 of each group. The control group was given routine nursing in the department of encephalopathy,while the observa-tion group was added traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on the control group. The therapeutic effect was evaluated with dysphagia degree,and the nursing satification degree was surveyed. Results The swallowing function of the patients in the ob-servation group was improved obviously,whose overall response rate [93.3%(56/60)] is higher than that [53.3%(32/60)] of the control group, and its nursing satisfaction degree[93.3%(56/60)] is superior that of the control group[68.3%(41/60)]. The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing may improve the swallowing function of the stroke patients with dysphagia, enhance their quality of life,which is an effective nursing program.关键词
