某院儿科住院患儿抗菌药物使用状况分析
Antibiotics usage analysis in pediatric inpatients

Abstract
Objective To understand application information of antibiotics in pediatric inpatients,in order to promote ra-tional clinical usage. Methods A total of 1 269 medical records of pediatrics department in the hospital from January to December 2012 were collected to analyze the situation of antibiotics usage. Results In 1 269 records,antibiotics were used in 1 132 cases (89.2%),induding 708 cases for single use (62.6%,708/1 132),289 for combination of two antibiotics (25.5%,289/1 132),14 for three antibiotics(1.2%,14/1 132),and 121 for preventive use(10.7%,121/1 132). The antibiotics which were most frequently used were:ceftizoxime (64.3%,728/1 132),penicillin (46.8%,530/1 132) and azithromycin (416/1 132). The application of an-tibiotics were reasonable. Conclusion The arragement of clinical application,monitoring,evaluation and education of the antibi-otics play a significant role in clinical rational use.关键词
