手术室责任制对护士工作压力和护理工作质量的影响
Effect of responsibility system in operating room on nurse′work pressure and nursing work quality

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of responsibility system in Operation Room on nurse′work pressure and nursing work quality. Methods Twenty-five nurses in Operation Room were selected as research objects,and the responsibility system was implemented during April to August of 2013,then the nurse′work pressure and nursing work quality were compared before and after the implementation of responsibility system in Operation Room. Results The total score of nurse′work pressure after the implementation of the responsibility system was significantly lower than that before the implementation ,mild pressure proportion was more than before the implementation,severe pressure proportion was less than before implementation,and the dif-ferences all had statistical significance(P<0.05). The scores of nursing documents,disinfection and isolation,nursing skills opera-tion,the nursing quality after the implementation of the responsibility system were all higher than before with statistically signifi cant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The responsibility system in Operation Room is helpful to improve the nurses′responsibility, alleviate work pressure and improve work quality.关键词
