微创经皮钢板内固定技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of mini-invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) combined with locking compression plate(LCP) in treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods It was retrospectively reviewed 70 patients with distal tibia fractures treated by MIPPO combined with LCP from January 2006 to July. 2012. The patients after operation were ex-amined clinically in soft tissue injury condition,ankle joint range of motion,alignment of fracture,ankle joint Mazur functional score, X-ray and CT examination were obtained to determine fracture healing. The follow-up visit lasted 12-24 months. Results The fracture healing of 67 patients(88.57%) was uneventful. Graded by the ankle joint mazur functional score,the excellence rate was 91.43%(64/70). Five(7.14%) found wound complications,another five(7.14%) occurred delayed union and three(4.29%) in nonunion;five in abvious axial malalignment (7.14%). Conclusion MIPPO combined with LCP for distal tibial fractures is a feasible treatment which allowed uneventful healing and restoration of the preinjury level of function for the most patients. It is an effective therapy. However,its complications occurred should be considered and give more attention to it.关键词
