三阴乳腺癌治疗现状
Current status of treatment of triple-negative breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) means the breast cancer with estrogen receptor,progestrone receptor, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her-2) being negative,accounting for about 15.0%-25.0% of breast cancers. It is charaterized with tending to recrudesce,metastasis and being poor in prognosis,which didit benefit from adjusting Endocrine level and Her-2 targeted drugs. It′s treatment is comprehensive including chemotherapy,surgery and radiotherapy,while the effective targeted therapy is in process. This article focuses on the local and general therapies as well as prognosis.关键词
