中西医结合护理在提高肺癌化疗患者生活质量中的应用
Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine nursing in application of improving the life quality in pa-tients with lung cancer chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To discuss traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine nursing in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy to improve the life quality. Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients given chemotherapy in this hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=50) and the con trol group(n=50). The patients in the control group were given western medicine routine nursing care while the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine combine with western medicine nursing care. The incidence of adverse reactions and the chemotherapy pass rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of insomnia [8.0%(4/50)],gas-trointestinal reaction[20.0%(10/50)],pain[6.0%(3/50)],weakness[10.0%(5/50)] of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group[40.0%(20/50),40.0%(20/50),20.0%(10/50),30.0%(15/50) in succession],whose difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total chemotherapy effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group[96.0%(48/50) vs. 84.0%(42/50)],whose difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese combined with western medicine nursing care in chemotherapy lung cancer patients could relieve their suffering from lung cancer and improve their life quality,being worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
