摘要
Abstract
Objective To approach the morbidity and the influencing factors of hypertension and glucose/lipid metabolism induced by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A retrospective prevalence survey on 1 376 COPD inpatients with hypertension and glucose and lipid metabolism disorders from April 2001 to July 2011 in the First Affiliated Hospital ,Medi-cal Hospital of Shihezi University was conducted, whose influencing factors were analyzed correlatively. Results (1)The incidence rates of COPD patients with hypertension,glucose/lipid metabolism,hyperlipemia/lipoprotein metabolism disorders were respec-tively 41.1%,17.2%,9.2%. (2)Referring to the hypertension, incidence of diabetes and glucose tolerance, there was statistical significance between the difference age sections(P<0.01);the incidence of hyperlipemia/lipoprotein metabolism disorders in the patients aged 60-<80 years old was higher than that of ones aged 40-<60 years old. It was statistically significant in difference (P<0.05);(3)The incidence rates of the male COPD patients with hypertension,glucose/lipid metabolism,hyperlipemia/lipopro-tein metabolism disorders were 36.0%,16.5%,4.8%respectively. The incidence rates of the female COPD patients with hyperten-sion,glucose/lipid metabolism,hyperlipemia/lipoprotein metabolism disorders were 47.6%,22.3%,10.8% respectively. The two groups had statistical significance in difference (P<0.01). (4)The prevalence of the female patients with hypertension aged 50-<60,60-<70 years old was higher than that of the male patients, whose difference was statistical significant(P<0.05). hose differ-ence aged 60-<70 years old was most remarkable. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). With increasing of the age, the female patients were higher than that of the male ones in prevalence of hyperlipidemia/lipoprotein metabolism ,especially aged 70-<80,whose difference had statistical significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Both age and gender can affect the incidence of COPD patients with high blood pressure and glucose/lipid metabolism disorder, and that provide theoretical guidance for the clinical compli-cations prevention and treatment of COPD.关键词
