华支睾吸虫硫氧还蛋白跨膜蛋白基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics analysis of thioredoxin transmembrane-related protein from clonorchis sinensis

Abstract
Objective To analyze protein characteristics of thioredoxin—related transmembrane protein gene of clonorchis sinensis(CsTMX) by bioinformation. Methods The homology,physicochemical property,conserved domain,signal peptide,hy—drophilcity,hydrophobicity and the tertiary structure of CsTMX and amino acid sequence were predicted by bioinformatic analysis software such as InterProScan,SignalP,TMHMM and SWISS—MODEL. Results The open reading frame of CsTMX cDNA in—cluded 414 bp,coded 137 amino acids with theoretical molecular weight being16.04 ×103 and isoelectric point being 5.16. TMH—MM and SignalP3.0 analysis showed that CsTMX contained signal peptide,having a cleavage site between 19th and 20th aminoacids. InterproScan and SWISS—MODEL analysis indicated the characterized TMX domain was found in the position of 21st-27th amino acids being possess with highly conserved CPAC gene sequence. Conclusion The bioinformatics analysis and vari—ous software may predict and analyze cDNA sequences coded by CsTMX and physicochemical property,structure and function do—main of theoretical protein,which is available for providing theoretical basis of expression of CsTMX.关键词
