Investigation and suggestion on nurses′sub-health in a certain grade A class 3 hospital

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze nurses′current situation of sub-health andthe related major influencing factors in order to attract the attention of medical institutions ,nurses and society ontheir sub-health problems. Methods A survey on 140 nurses of this hospital in June 2014 were conducted by questionnaires. Results It was founded in the survey results that 70.0%(98/140) nurses were in sub-healthy status of different degrees. According to thesurvey scores ranking from high to low ,the factors such as worry about work accident,mental tension and attaching importance to medicine but despising nursing prevailed among the ten factoring the sub-health status of nurses. Conclusion The incidence of nurses′sub-healthis closely related to their woring environment,plusing the pressures from family,society and education,which has seriously impact on nurses′life quality and work efficiency. The medical institutions,nurses and the whole society should pay more attentions to it.关键词
