艾滋病患者304例抗病毒治疗病毒学效果及其影响因素分析
Analysis of virology effect and influence factors of 304 AIDS patients′antiviral therapy

Abstract
Objective To know the characteristics of cases recieving anti-HIV therapy and the virology effect after treat-ment,and to analyze the risk factors affecting the virology effect. Methods Collected the data from the National AIDS Integrated Control Information System. Retrospectively observed past cases′ virology effect in order to do a statistical analysis. Results 5.3%had drug toxicity and 4.9%missed drug taking more than 3 times during the near 3 months. 93.4%successfully suppressed the viral load while 6.6%failed after 6 months of treatment. Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that intravenous drug abuse infection,WHO classification stageⅣpatients,drug toxicity and missing drugs were the influencing factors antiviral thera-py failure. Conclusion Antiviral therapy has a good virology effect. Measures aiming at factors causing virology failure should be taken in order to increase the success rate of antiviral therapy.关键词
