抗病毒治疗483例艾滋病患者生存分析
Survival analysis of 483 AIDS patients′antiviral therapy

Abstract
Objective To understand the basic characteristics and survival time of patients receiving highly active anti-retroviral therapy(HAART),and to analyze the main risk factors affecting the survival time. Methods Collected data in the na-tional AIDS comprehensive data information system from January to June ,2014. Retrospectively observed previous patients′sur-vival time and used SPSS18.0 statistical software to do data analysis. Results There were 49 death cases in 483 AIDS patients. The mortality was 10.14%(49/483). The survival rate was 0.94%,0.92%,0.88%,0.87%,0.82%,0.80%after 0.5,1.0,2.0, 3.0,4.0,5.0 years of treatment. 51.02% (25/49) of the patients died within 6 months after the treatment. Patients′survival time was affected by age,route of infection,baseline CD4+T cell value,symptoms and signs. Conclusion The precautions and antivi-ral therapy should be reinforced when patients are old,taking drugs,have low immune function,and the symptoms already appear. This is to further increase AIDS patients′survival rate and extend their survival time.关键词
