艾司西酞普兰治疗帕金森病合并抑郁的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of escitalopram in treating Parkinson′s disease(PD) complicating depression. Methods 102 patients with PD complicating depression in our hospital from September 2012 to December 2014 were selected and divided into the control group treated by citalopram and observation group treated by escitalopram according to the random number table method ,51 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two kinds of drug. Results The HAMD,HAMA and UPDS scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treat-ment,moreover which in the observation group were significantly superior to the reference group (P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.16%(47/51),which was significantly higher than 76.47%(39/51) in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Using escitalopram has obvious effect in treating PD complicating depres-sion and is worth promoting and applying.关键词
