硫普罗宁治疗急性戊型肝炎的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the treatment efficacy and safety of tiopionin for acute hepatitis E.Methods Sixty-five patients with acute hepatitis E were divided randomly into observation group (33 cases) and control group ( 32 cases).The observation group was treated with tiopionin for two weeks,with 0.2g tiopronin added to 200ml 5%glucose injection for intravenous drip, the control group was treated with conventional drugs such as inosine for two weeks.Then clinical effect in each group was observed.Results The clinical effects of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the situation of ALT, total effective rate are obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiopronin is worthy of clinical application to treat acute hepatitis E because it possesses the advantages of high clinical effects and safty.关键词
