摘要

Abstract

As a manager of the real estate market, it is the main function for a government to regulate and guide the real estate market in China, to maintain the stability of this market. As a"barometer" of the national economy, the real estate market attracts more and more attention from the government, consumers and experts. Since 2008, the price of the real estate rose irrationally, and now, a unreasonable supply-demand struture, an obvious confusion and disorder, which the government is to blame for somehow. It is imperative to face a government's lack or deficiency of management, to examine and reshape government action, and the government should adjust thinking and integrate China's real estate market resources deeply.
