基于因子分析和超效率DEA模型的湖北县域经济效率评价
Evaluation of County Economic Efficiency in Hubei Province Based on Factor Analysis and Super Efficiency DEA Model
摘要
Abstract
Based on 80 counties' economic development data of Hubei Province in 2012, via factor analysis to select the needed input and output evaluation indexes and super efficiency DEA model to conducts an empirical research. The results show that the county economic efficiency varies dramatically from one to another, and it does not relate to its regional development level; There are input redundancy and output shortage problems in some counties. The suggestions are given as follows: the counties should develop regional characteristic industries resorting to regional advantages and resource endowment economical branches, and strengthen regional cooperation to improve the efficiency of resource utilization; counties had better choose the resource-saving and friendly environment with the help of local government's policies.关键词
