Abstract
On the basis of the review of the foreign and domestic researches. This paper summarizes the conditions of high perfor-mance work systems for the nearly twenty years research and the development path about the researches on the relationship between high performance work systems and organization performance. At last, this paper put forward some views and opinions, such as the con-sideration of the Chinese context, the factors of time and reaction and so on. They can offer the researches some help in the future.关键词
