摘要

Abstract

Objective]The research aims to rresearch cold resistance of five grapevine rootstocks in or_der to provide the foundation for introducing rootstock of cold resistance in Xinjing.[Method] With five grape rootstocks branches as materials,the physiological and biochemical indicators,such as the relative conductivi_ty,malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,soluble protein and free proline were measured after the annual branches were treated with 4℃, —10℃, —15℃, —20℃, —25℃, —30℃ and —35℃.The semi —lethal temperature of grapevine rootstocks was calculated with the relative conductivity by the Logistic equation.[Result] The results showed that as the temperature decreased,the species branches relative conductivity was gradually in_creased.The semi —lethal temperatures of Beta,5BB, SO4,5C and Shadi were —34.6℃, —32℃, —29.07℃, —24.4℃ and —23.62℃,respectively.Beta which contained more cold hardiness could maintain a higher content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and free proline.[Conclusion] Among the 5 kinds of test ma_terials,the Beta hardiness was the strongest,followed by 5BB and SO4,and the hardness of 5C and Shadi was the weakest.
