Abstract
Xinjiang universities are carrying out the reform of the personnel management system ,based on the core of post setting, Xinjiang normal university as a province university at present belongs to normal development into the fast lane, are trying to achieve leapfrog developmen, However, the current staff performance appraisal sys-tem has not adapt to the development of the reform, there is a problem. This paper analyzes the universities under the background of deepening the reform of personnel system performance evaluation system of xinjiang normal uni-versity problems and solving countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to establish a scientific and reasonable per-formance appraisal system, implement the strategy of "talent hing school" lay a solid foundation.关键词
