Several Thinking of Soliciting Contributions from Periodical Editor
摘要
Abstract
Soliciting contributions is an art for editors, it has no pattern nor fixed methods. There are some skills that can be used in soliciting contributions, and to some extent increase periodical's impact. In this rigorous procedure, editors must show empressement, intelligence, talent and strength, moving author by emotion, persua⁃ding through reasoning, impressing with capability. Only after these can editors make arrangements in advance with masters and scholars for their contribution.关键词
