超声造影与彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的对比研究

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound on the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy .Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 100 cases with ectopic pregnancy hospitalized from August,2011 to February,2013.Results Out of the 100 cases,88 cases were confirmed by postoperative pathological study to have ectopic pregnancy and 12 cases were confirmed by pathological study after endoscopic surgery and dilatation and curettage to have intrauterine pregnancy .In diagnosing ectopic pregnancy ,contrast-enhanced ultrasound had a sensitivity of 98.2%,a specificity of 80.0%and an accuracy of 96.0%,while color Doppler ultrasound had a sensitivity of 86.2%,a specificity of 53.3% and an accuracy of 81.4%;the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound were much higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound ( P <0.05).Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is of better clinical effects in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy than color Doppler ultrasound and is worthy of wide application .关键词
