自体巩膜瓣移植治疗青光眼阀引流管暴露的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of autologous sclera flap transplantation on Ahmed glaucoma valve drainage tube exposure. Methods 11 cases with Ahmed glaucoma valve drainage tube exposure received autologous sclera flap transplantation and their IOP,infection and recurrence were observed. Results The average IOP 12 months after operation decreased greatly,much lower than that before operation;IOP kept stable with the time going. Conclusions Autologous sclera flap transplantation is an effective and convenient treatment for Ahmed glaucoma valve drainage tube exposure.关键词
