胃炎口服液对Hp感染小鼠血清及胃黏膜细胞因子的影响
Effect of Gastritis Orai Liquid on serum and gastric mucosai cytokines of mice with Hp infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Gastritis Oral Liquid on serum IL-2 and IL-8 as well as gastric mucosal cytokines IL-8 and IFN-γ of mice with Helicobacter pylori( Hp)infection,and explore the mechanism of Gastritis Oral Liquid in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis( HAG). Methods Kunming mice models infected by human Hp were built by intragastric Hp administration. All the mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group( group D),model control group( group C), Lizhuwei Sanlian group( positive group,group B),and Gastritis Oral Liquid group( group A;n=15 per group). They were treated with:group A:Gastritis Oral Liquid;group B:Lizhuwei Sanlian;group C:normal saline;group D:normal saline. The treatments were carried out once a day for 2 weeks for each group,and then these mice were killed in order to observe the pathological changes of the mice′s gastric mucosa and detect the serum levels of IL-2 and IL-8 and contents of gastric mucosal cytokines IL-8 and IFN-γ by ELISA. Resuits Compared with group C,Gastritis Oral Liquid reduced significantly the HAG mice gastric mucosa inflammation,reduced the serum levels of IL-8 and contents of gastric mucosal cytokines IL-8 and IFN-γ(p<0. 05),and increased the serum levels of IL-2(p<0. 05). But the effects of Gastritis Oral Liquid was less than that of Lizhuwei Sanlian. Conciusion Gastritis Oral Liquid may play a protective effect on the gastric mucosa in HAG mice through adjusting the balance of cytokine network,maintaining the balance between the anti-inflammatory cytokines(IL-2)and pro-inflammatory cytokines(IL-8 and INF-γ).关键词
