摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the MRI features and experience in Gamma knife treatment of cavernous sinus hemangioma and evaluate the curative effect through postoperative MRI follow-up. Methods The MRI data on nine patients receiving gamma knife treatment of cavernous sinus hemangioma were collected in order to analyze the MRI features and signs before and after the treatment. Resuits The follow-up lasted for 18-42 months for the nine patients,and the average follow-up time was 26 months. The latest MRI data showed that the tumor shrinkage exceeded 90% in one case,exceeded 50% in seven cases,and exceeded 30% in one case. Conciusion MRI findings of cavernous sinus hemangioma have strong characteristics. According to the follow-up,Gamma knife treatment of cavernous sinus hemangioma has favorable effect,so it can be considered as a main method in treatment of such tumors.关键词
