摘要
Abstract
By consulting and referring to the literature and scales on the professional psychological quality and interviewing the students,the authors of the Paper used half open questionnaire survey,questionnaire test and other methods and compiled 40 items of engineering students’professional psychological quality scale covering 5 dimensions including professional skills,professional quality,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional values. The Cronbach’sα was 0.8870 in this scale and the split-half reliability coefficient is 0.8441, indicating its reliablity.Each entry of the scale is significantly associated with subordinate factors,and the various factors are independent while highly consistent.With good content and structural validity,the scale can be used as an effective survey and research tool of engineering students’professional psychological quality and can provide reference for the development of the engineering students’professional psychological quality.关键词
