Forestry Industry in the North China Anti JaPanese Base
摘要
Abstract
To ameliorate the harsh natural conditions in the North China Anti Japanese Base,the authority promulgated decrees and policies for the protection of forests, advocated tree planting, encouraged the famers to adopt scientific planting techniques,specified explicitly the property rights of forest lands,and combined the tree planting with the economic development and afforestation movement, which led to the reduction of disasters,generated economic returns for the people and provided favorable circumstances for the guerrilla war.关键词
