Value Education in Chinese Colleges from the PersPective of Organizational Identification
摘要
Abstract
Organizational identification is not only a dynamic process of individual value behavior choice,but also the necessary intermediary for values education in the shift from reasoning to practice. To heighten the students' sense of identity and responsibility for Chinese Communist Party,the Communist Youth League and the Student Union are the most important parts and ways of value education in Chinese colleges. With the enhancement of consciousness of college students and appearance of large number of new student organizations,the issues of college students' organizational identity is becoming increasingly complex. It is necessary to modify the traditional value education model and develop a generative model of values education based on the selective organizational identification. The core objectives of the new model are development,foundation with the combination of teaching and research,and complete social support system.关键词
