不同抗生素对紫雨桦离体叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响
Effects of Different Antibiotics on Induction of Callus from the Leaves of Betula pendula ‘Purple Rain’
摘要
Abstract
The effects of four kinds of antibacterial antibiotics,(Cefotaxime,Ceftriaxone,Carbenicillin and Timentin)on induction of callus were studied using the leaves of Betula pendula ‘Purple Rain’as explants,and the effects of the antibacterial antibiotics on inhibiting Agrobacterium EHA105 (pCHS)were also analyzed.The results indicated that the best antibacterial antibiotics were Cephalosporins, Ceftriaxone and Timentin in Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.The appropriate concentration of Cefotaxime or Ceftriaxone was 200 -400 mg/L,and Timentin was 400-800 mg/L.The results also showed that 30-40 mg/L kanamycin,15 -20 mg/L G418 or Hygromycin were the ideal pressure to screen transformant for Betula pendula ‘Purple Rain’.关键词
