乐昌含笑种源地理变异研究
Geographic Variation Pattern for Provenances of Michelia chapensis

Abstract
Studies of geographic variation pattern for Michelia chapensis were carried out based on two prove-nances trials established on 2005 and 2006.Results of multi-site ANOVA showed that significant difference existed among all tested provenances,indicating real geographic variation existed.Correlation analyses revealed that nega-tive correlation were detected between the grow,quality traits and the latitude of the provenance while the positive correlation existed between traits and longitude.The less the latitude and the larger the longitude,the traits were the larger,this pattern was suitable for all traits(except shape of leaf).With the better condition of water and heat,Provenances from lower latitude grew well.Based on the grow traits,cluster analysis was carried out and three groups were classified,which were the high,medium and low yield provenances area,showing that the rule of‘the lower of the latitude,the better of the yield’.关键词
