摘要

Abstract

To address the problems associated with conventional acidizing on offshore platforms,such as large equipment footprint,long operation time,difficulty in treatment coordination and negative impact on production caused by repetitive acidizing. A novel and simplified acidizing technology for horizontal wells is proposed and studied in this paper. Intelligent integrated acid-Inteacid,which is highly efficient in damage removal and precipitation inhibition,is used to substitute the conventional three stages of acid system and simplify the mixing and injection process. Acid is added into the injection pipeline system at predesigned ratio and conveyed to formation to achieve stimulation under the control of intelligent injection system CCS. Real-time injection pressure and flow rate are monitored to compute the corresponding skin factor and adjust treatment parameters automatically,ensuring the optimum result of acidizing. The application of this novel technology saves the operation time and footprint,maximizes human resource and improves the treatment safety significantly. Over 80 field cases show that the technology is effective in reducing injection pressure and enhancing productivity with high success ratio and efficiency.
