Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise on serum high_sensitivity C_reactive Protein (hs_CRP) and Matrix Met-allo Proteinases_9 (MMP_9 ) in acute coronary syndrome patients after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods 72 ACS patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into two groups :regular treatment group and regular treatment plus aerobic exer-cise group.Healthy subjects were chosen as the control group.Levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 were measured by ELISA.The results were compared.Results The levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in ACS patients were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01).4 weeks after intervention ,the level of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in the treatment group decreased ( P<0.01).Conclusions The level of hs_CRP and MMP_9 increased ,however ,the levels of hs_CRP and MMP_9 in patients with ACS decreased by the help of aerobic exercise.关键词
