室性心律失常与 Tp_e 间期、Tp_e／Q_T比值的相关性研究
The Study of Relationships between Ventricular Arrhythmias and Tp_e interval,Tp_e/Q_T Ratio

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of ventricular arrhythmia ,Tpeak_end interval (Tp_e interval) ,and Tp_e/Q_T ra-tion.Methods According to the Lown’s classification ,199 patients with ventricular arrhythmias were divided into group Lown 1 (n=43) ,group Lown 2 (n=40) ,group Lown 3 (n=35) ,group Lown 4A (n=39) and group Lown 4B (n=42).Then all the patients were divided into two groups with 92 patients and 107 patients respectively ,according to whether with organic heart disease.And we choosed another 40 healthly people as control group.Using conventional 12 lead synchronous ECG and 24_hour dynamic electrocardio-gram analysis to compare the measured values of Q_T ,Q_Tc ,Tp_e ,Tp_ec interval and Tp_e/Q_T of each groups.Results Measured value of Q_Tc ,Tp_e ,Tp_ec and Tp_e/Q_T has increased with the increase of grade order of Lown ’s classification ,and they are posi-tivelycorrelatedtoLown’sclassification(r=0.29-0.62,P<0.01).TheQ_Tc,Tp_e,Tp_ecofthegroupwithheartdisease,the group without heart disease ,and the control group were statistically significantly different ( P<0.05);the values of the group without heart disease and the control group was statistically significantly different as well ( P<0.05 ).The Q_T among the three groups were statistically significantly different ( P<0.05 )but there were no statistically significantly difference between the group without heart disease and the control group ( P>0.05 ).The Tp_e/Q_T ratio among the three groups were statistically significantly different ( P<0.05) ,but there were no statistically significantly difference between the group with heart disease and the group without heart disease (P>0.05). Conclusions The Tp_e interval and the Tp_e/Q_T are related to the severity of ventricular arrhythmia ,and they are clinically important on the prediction of ventricular arrhythmias and the prognosis assessment.关键词
