Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) associ-ated with pulmonary hypertension(PH) ,and evaluate the diagnostic value of pulmonary function test and chest computed tomography for predicting pulmonary hypertension. Methods Retrospective study of 72 patients with COPD ,all patients were divided into three groups according to pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) measured by echocardiography. Hematokrit ,hemoglobin ,D_Dimer , blood_gas analysis ,pulmonary function test ,diameters of main pulmonary artery (MPAD) and aorta were compared among the groups. Results The PaCO2 in moderate_severe PH group was significantly higher than that of control group and mild PH group ,there were statistically significant differences ( P<0.05 ) .Compared with control group ,the MPAD and the ratio of main pulmonary artery di-ameter to descending aorta diameter were significantly lager in mild PH group and moderate_severe PH group ,there were statistically significant differences ( P<0.01 ) ,while FVC ,FEV1 ,FEV1/FVC ,DLCO showed no significant differences ( P>0.05 ).Conclu-sions The main pulmonary artery diameter and the ratio of main pulmonary artery diameter to descending aorta diameter on CT scan can be used to screen for PH.关键词
