高血压患者微量白蛋白尿的影响因素分析
Analysis of the Influence Factors of Microalbuminuria in Hypertensives
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence factors of microalbuminuria in early stage of hypertensive nephropathy ,and provide theoretical basis for early monitoring and treatment.Methods 299 patients (y≥35) were devided into groups of normal blood pres-sure ,high_normal blood pressure ,hypertension grade 1 ,grade 2 and grade 3 according to blood pressure levels.General and clinical hypertension characteristics of five groups were compared.The general and clinic characteristics of normal group and microalbuminuria group were analyzed as well.Results There were differences in age ,gender ,waistline ,smoking rates ,triglyceride and microalbu-minuria levels among groups of different blood pressure.The proportion of triglyceride and high sensitive CRP levels ,age and female were detected to be higher in subjects with microalbuminuria.Conclusions There were higher levels of microalbuminuria ,triglyceride and high sensitive CRP in hypertensive group.The raising of proportion of female ,higher triglyceride and high sensitive CRP levels are relative to microalbuminuria. High sensitive CRP is a hazard of microalbuminuria and an early sensitive index of hypertensive nephropathy.关键词
