高血压患者血清胱抑素 C 与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究
Correlation between Serum Cystatin C and Carotid Atherosclerosis in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Abstract
Objective Investigate the correlation between serum cystatin C (Cys C) and Carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essen-tial hypertension.Methods 102 patients with essential hypertension (Hypertension Group) and 96 healthy subjects (Control Group) were selected.The cystatin C and related biochemical indicators were detected.Carotid intima_media thickness (IMT) was measured by Doppler ultrasonography.The serum Cys C ,age and IMT of the two groups were compared.After that ,hypertensive patients and the healthy subjects were divided into three groups according to weather or not having carotid plaque.Then the serum Cys C ,biochem-ical indicators ,age of three groups were compared.Finally ,analysis of the relationship between these indicators of all selected sub-jects with carotid IMT was made.Results Serum cystatin C levels and carotid IMT in hypertensive group were higher than that of nor-mal control group ( P<0.05).Serum cystatin C level in the hypertensive group with carotid plaque was higher than that of the other two groups ( P<0.05).The spearman correlation analysis showed that carotid IMT was positively related to serum cystatin C and age ( r=0.258 ,P<0.01;r=0.323 ,P<0.01).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that cystatin C was one of the indepen-dent risk factors of carotid IMT (B=0.48 , P<0.01).Partial correlation analysis after the adjustment of age showed that there was a significant association between serum cystatin C level and carotid IMT (r=0.198 ,P<0.01).Conclusions There is a close corre-lation between serum cystatin C and carotid IMT in patients with essential hypertension;serum cystatin C can serve as one of the pred-icators of carotid IMT.关键词
