房颤患者血清 HMGB1水平和氧化应激的关系OA
Relationship between Serum HMGB1 and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation
目的：探讨房颤（ AF）患者高迁移率族蛋白1（ HMGB1）和氧化应激的关系。方法入选53例阵发性AF患者，33例持续性AF患者作为观察组；30例年龄和性别相匹配的健康人作为对照组。检测血清HMGB1、丙二醛（ MDA）含量和超氧化物歧化酶（ SOD）活性。结果持续性AF组HMGB1和MDA水平明显高于对照组和阵发性AF组（均P＜0．05）。阵发性AF组HMGB1和MDA水平明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。此外，阵发性AF组SOD含量明显低于对照…查看全部>>
