Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in the prevention and control of the lower re-spiratory tract infection after tracheotomy in severe craniocerebral trauma .Methods The PDCA cycle in nursing quality management was applied in 60 cases of severe craniocerebral trauma after tracheotomy patients ( obser-vation group ) for the prevention of lower respiratory infection , and the 87 cases of severe craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy with conventional nursing were used as control group .The incidence of lower respiratory infec-tion was compared between the two groups .Results The incidence of lower respiratory tract infection after trach-eotomy in severe craniocerebral trauma of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( chi-square =6 .35 , P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion PDCA cycle quality management can effectively reduce the incidence of lower respiratory tract infection after tracheotomy in severe craniocerebral trauma .关键词
