山楂叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂代谢的影响
Effects of Hawthorn Leaves Flavonoids (HLF) on Fasting Blood Glucose and Serum Lipid in Diabetic Rats

Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the effects of different dosages of hawthorn leaves flavonoids ( HLF) on blood glucose and serum lipid in diabetic rats.Methods The diabetic rat model was established by feeding high sugar and fat chow and intraperitoneal injection of streprozotocin ( STZ,40mg/kg).The body weight,fasting blood glucose (FBG),serum lipid level and visceral index were measured after the rats were treated with the different dosages of HLF (50mg/kg、100mg/kg、200mg/kg).Results Compared with the nor-mal group,the levels of FBG,glycerin three greases ( TG) cholesterol ( TC) obviously increased in diabetic model group (P<0.05).However,the body weight obviously decreased in diabetic rats (P<0.01).After treatment of HLF for 6 weeks,three dosages (50mg/kg,100mg/kg,200mg/kg) of HLF groups showed a signifi-cant decrease in FBG level and a significant increase in the body weight of rats ( P<0 .05 ) ,compared with the diabetic model group.HLF(200mg/kg)significantly decreased serum TG and TC levels (P<0.05).Conclu-sion These results indicated that HLF can decrease the levels of blood glucose and serum lipid in diabetic rats, which provided a cue for the prevention and treatment of diabetes.关键词
