甘露醇对急性酒精中毒小鼠行为学的影响
Effects of Mannitol on the Behavior Induced by Acute Alcohol Exposure in Mice

Abstract
ABSTRACT:Objective The aim of this study was to observe the effects of mannitol on the behavior in-duced by acute alcohol exposure in mice .Methods The mice were given alcohol by gavage after pre-adminis-tration of mannitol .The disappearance and appearing of righting reflex induced by acute alcohol exposure were observed .Results Mannitol prolonged the latency of righting reflex disappearance and shorted the duration of righting reflex appearing in mice .Conclusion Mannitol can improve acute alcohol intoxication in mice .关键词
