血清VEGF、OPN浓度与进展期胃癌术后复发关系的临床研究
Clinical Study on the Relationship of Serum Levels of VEGF, OPN and the Recurrence of Advanced Gastric Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum levels of VEGF、OPN and recurrence of advanced gastric cancer ,and probe into the potential of VEGF and OPN as a biomarker of recurrence of ad-vanced gastric cancer .Methods 40 advanced gastric cancer patients'serum VEGF,OPN concentration were de-tected before and after operation through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA).Then we analyzed the relationship between positive rates and the time of positive performance occured and the recurrence after opera -tions,also compared with CEA ,CA199 and imaging examination .Results Compared with the preoperative lev-els,the concentration and positive rate of VEGF and OPN decreased obviously ,and the difference has statistical-ly significant ( P<0 .05 ) .Compared with the time one month after operation ,the concentration and positive rate of VEGF and OPN rose again , to those patients who suffer metastasis or recurrence after operation , and the difference has statistically significant (P<0.01).Compared with those patients who did not suffer metastasis or recurrence ,patients'concentration and positive rate of VEGF and OPN who suffer metastasis or recurrence after operation was much higher ,and the difference has statistically significant ( P<0 .01 ) .Before and after opera-tion when it recured ,the concentration and positive rate of VEGF and OPN was higher than CEA and CA 199 , when compared separately ,and the difference has statistically significant ( P<0 .05 ) .And the same as joint de-tection.The time when VEGF and OPN showed positive performance was earlier than gastroscope and CT per-formance,and the difference has statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The content of VEGF and OPN in advanced gastric cancer patients'serum was mainly secreted by the tumor tissue ,and it's serum concen-tration monitoring after operation can be used to predict and found the transfer of tumor recurrence in an earlier time.关键词
