摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical features of neonatal pathologic jaundice complicated with infectious pneumonia .Methods 79 cases of diagnosed neonatal pathologic jaundice in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively .Results All the 79 cases had the symptom of yellow skin.Among them,50 cases (63.29%)were complicated with declining diet,32 cases (40.51%)with vomit, 36 cases (45.57%) with lower crying,43 cases(54.43%)with Hypothermia or fever,52 cases had re-spiratory symptoms,accounting for 65.82%.Conclusion The main performance of neonatal infectious pneumo-nia is pathologic jaundice ,but part of the patients don't have the obvious respiratory symptoms , so it is easy to be misdiagnozed or missed without Chest X-ray examination .关键词
