一种Ka波段6路功率分配/合成模块的设计
A design of 6-way Ka band power dividing/combining module
摘要
Abstract
A new 3-way power divider with good amplitude and phase characteristics is presented, which contributes to the high efficiency in power combining. A new double-probe type of waveguide to microstrip transition is developed and its return loss is below -25 dB in 32 GHz-38 GHz. A 6-way power dividing/combining module is designed, and the simulation result shows that its return loss is below -20 dB, the insertion loss is about 0.2 dB, and the combining efficiency is close to 95%in 31 GHz-39 GHz.关键词
