Kinetic Modeling of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Central Metabolic Network
摘要
Abstract
The Saccharomyces cerevisiae central metabolism of exponential growth via generic enzymatic rate equa-tion was simulated. Metabolic fluxes and metabolite concentrations of Saccharomyces cerevisiae central metabolism were calculated over time. The calculated results were in good agreement with the experiments in literature.关键词
