基于碳量子点的电化学传感器检测多巴胺
Electrochemical Sensor for Dopamine Determination based on Carbon Nanodots Films
摘要
Abstract
Carbon nanodots was prepared using candle soot by an economical and green preparative strategy ,and characterized by scanning electron microscopy .The electrochemical sensor was constructed using carbon nanodots mod -ified glassy carbon electrode .The electrochemical behaviors of the sensor were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry .This sensor showed excellent analytical performance for dopamine detection with detec -tion limit of 0.02 μmol /L (S/N=3) and linear range of 0.1~100 μmol /L.关键词
